Duties/Responsibilities:
- 4 years experience preferably in electrical consumer goods
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field

INVENTORY OFFICER/SPECIALIST

POSITION OVERVIEW: The primary purpose of this position is to handle the material management responsibilities that will include acquisition of the materials/ goods/ items and its proper distribution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. The inventory officer will be responsible for preparing the purchase order, receiving orders, issuing goods and managing stock levels
2. He/ She will also be preparing inventories and maintaining stock records 3. He / she will be accountable for checking the supply invoices against purchase orders
4. The officer will be responsible to oversee the arrangement of goods that is done is ordely manner and similarly he/she ensures that stocks stay physically protected in the warehouse.
5. To undertake the function of stock taking and confirm the periodic stock on a regular basis by working closely with the designated staff members
6. To supervise offloading process, the subsequent arrangement of merchandise so that it can accessed and identified easily.
7. To ensure correct and timey valuation of the inventory and to be involved in directing and managing procedures related to offloading, packing, and unpacking.
8. He/she will be responsible for preparing reports in adjustments done to inventories that may be damaged, spoilt
9. He/ she will be responsible to get rid of surplus or obsolete stock
10. To maintain receipts (gate pass, and GRN) as well as issuance of items that are going out of the warehouses to ensure consistency.
11. To be involved in reconciliation of physical stock counting and as well as stock in the system.
12. He/ she is involved in performing all activities and procedures concerned with the management of the inventories and general works.

BASIC SKILLS
- BA in Procurement and supplies, Accounting, Inventory Management, Logistics etc
- Good analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to demonstrate a collaborative working style and strong leadership skills
- Ability to take proper decision and action whenever any difficult situation arises.
- He/ she should have excellent oral and written skills
- He/ she should have excellent EXCEL skills.

SITE ENGINEER

Position Overview: We are looking for a talented and accomplished engineer to join our growing business as a site engineer, you will be responsible for managing projects, supervise staff, and provide technical advice as an expert.

Key Core responsibilities
1. To prepare project execution schedule
2. To supervise all electrical installations as per design and drawings
3. To plan site works execution as the approved schedule
4. To provide Material Management.
5. To supervise site works and manage site work forces.
6. Prepare and submit site progress reports (Daily, Weekly and Monthly) to Project Manager
7. Providing technical advices and solving problems on site
8. To prepare and manage site operational budgets
9. Liaising with Clients, subcontractors and other Project Stakeholders (consultant, and communication officers)
10. To perform any other duties as instructed by the Managers and Directors.

Health, Safety and Environment
1. Promote health and safety rule and establish safe working cultures and practises

BASIC SKILLS
- Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering , or any related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in related field
- Sound knowledge of Engineering, technology, building, construction and design
- Proficient in the use of computer design software
- Good analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to demonstrate a strong leadership skills
- Ability to use scientific process to solve problems
- Active listening and verbal communication skills.
